What the free plan includes
The free plan is not a trial. It does not expire, and it does not ask for a credit card. This is the whole list.
As many inventories as you want
Create a separate inventory for each truck, room, shop or job site. There is no limit on the number, on any plan.

That is 100 across your whole account, not 100 in each inventory. Paid plans go from 500 items up to 10,000.
One editor, plus two viewers per inventory
You are the editor. You can also invite two people per inventory who can look but not change anything. Paid plans add more editors.
One custom field of your own
One extra column you define yourself, across your whole account, not one in each inventory. The Essential plan raises this to five.
