Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time. This will permanently remove all your data including inventories, items, and account information.
Via the mobile app: Settings → Delete Account
Via the web app: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account
By email: Send a request to support@metitem.com with the subject line "Delete My Account".

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing & Subscription → Manage Billing to cancel via our billing portal.
How do I restore my purchases on mobile?
Open the app → Settings → Billing & Subscription → Restore Purchases.
Can I use metItem on multiple devices?
Yes! Sign in with the same account on any device — your data syncs automatically.
How do I invite team members?
Go to Settings → Team Members → Invite Member. Team features require the Ultimate plan.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely on AWS infrastructure.
