Pricing questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, needs no credit card, and includes the core inventory features — folders, photos, barcode and QR scanning, check-in/check-out, and unlimited separate inventories.
What happens when I hit my plan's limits?
Nothing breaks — your data stays intact and readable. You'll see an upgrade prompt when you try to go past a limit, such as adding more items or users than your plan includes.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
You choose monthly or yearly billing when you subscribe. Yearly billing is roughly 50% off for your first year and 20% off every year after. If you bought a plan on metitem.com, email support@metitem.com to change your plan or to switch between monthly and yearly billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you bought it on metitem.com, cancel it in Billing Settings. If you bought it in the App Store or Google Play, cancel it there. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. There is no lock-in, and you can export your data at any time.
