Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, needs no credit card, and includes the core inventory features — folders, photos, barcode and QR scanning, and unlimited separate inventories.
What happens when I hit my plan's limits?
Nothing breaks — your data stays intact and readable. You'll see an upgrade prompt when you try to go past a limit, such as adding more items or users than your plan includes.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Yearly billing is roughly 50% off for your first year and 20% off every year after. You can switch intervals or plans from Billing Settings at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Billing Settings and your plan simply runs out at the end of the billing period — no lock-in, and you can export your data at any time.
